As the ancient Romans used to say “oculus animus index” (the eyes are the mirror of the soul).
‘Tis the season to get sparkly!
They’re so easy, you can do them with your …….. well, you get it.
They say your eyes do the talking. The light in your eyes include expression and communicate to the world who you are. This merry and wedding season, let your eyes sparkle through.
We’re considering sparkling eyeshadows, colored eyeliners, and lavish lashes – all the patterns that have taken middle organize in 2018. On the off chance that celebrities are anything to go by, an ultra-feminine vibe of rose golds, inconspicuous pinks, and shine has supplanted striking, smoky eyes. In the interim brides have been wearing soft-glam cosmetics, appearing off unobtrusive, glow looks on the runways.
So, how does one accomplish this soft-glam eye makeup? All you’ve got to do is take after these simple steps.
1. Red and golden eyes with nude lipper.
Step 1: Take a light red colour on a flat blending brush and apply it on the crease. This shade acts as a transition shade and helps the other shadows blend better.
Step 2: Using the same blending brush, take a golden shade. Place it on the inner edge of the eyes and the crease & blend. Keep building with the same colour till you are happy with the pigmentation.
BB pro tip: Make sure to blend really well so there are no harsh lines!
Step 3: Now take a black eyeshadow on a small blending brush and place it on lashline and blend it out.
Step 4: Take the same golden eyeshadow and place it on the lid. Make sure that the black eyeshadow and the golden colour blends really well.
Step 5: Again using the same red colour on a flat brush apply it on the lower lash line.
BB pro tip: As it’s a dramatic look you can skip the eye liner completely.
Step 6: Next, curl the lashes with an eyelash curler and apply a generous coat of mascara.
Step 7: Finish off this look with a nude lipstick, so it doesn’t clash with the dark smokey eyes.
2. Soft Brown smokey eye with a beautiful small bindi.
Step 1: Start with a light brown colour, which acts as a transition colour that makes lighter colours blend well.
Step 2: Take a light brown eyeshadow and place it on the outer edge and drag it on the crease.
BB pro tip: Make sure you take a little bit of shadow and then build it up. Otherwise, you’ll spend too much time blending.
Step 3: Next, apply mascara to open up the eyes.
Step 4: Finish off by adding highlighter to the brow bone as well as the inner corners of the eyes. And take a beautiful small bindi to look more aesthetic.
Step 5: Opt for a nude shade of lipstick to complement this eye look.
3. Orange and glittery eye with pink lipper.
Bring on the shimmer! If you’re a fan of eyeshadow looks that sparkle, you’ll love this gold and orange combo.
Step 1: Grab your orange eyeshadow, and apply it all over your crease.
Step 2: Apply concealer before reaching for the rest of your eye makeup.
Step 3: Next, use a glitter eyeshadow to define your crease. Take care to blend well between your orange and gold shades for a seamless look. Gently smudge the shadow for a smoky effect.
Step 5: Next, apply mascara to open up the eyes.
Step 6: To finish off your look, opt for a pink shade of lipstick to complement this eye look.
